CUSTOM CLOTHING PROJECTS

I design and build one-of-a-kind wraps as part of a Zero Waste initiative. Each wrap is shaped and built from different kinds of textile “leftovers.”

• I use fabric from the negative space surrounding pattern pieces used to create the first-generation garment to sculpt second-generation garments

• I upcycle vintage and designer garments, buttons, trim, and notions

Whether warm and cozy for winter or fanciful for weddings and other special events, each wrap stays secure with pleats, buckles, ties, or buttons. All are constructed organically, allowing the fabric to conform to the body and to allow for hands-free wearing.

Inquiries for projects always welcome: jana@janajarosz.com
